Encouraging and illuminating valuable lessons to all – from beginning, emerging as well as adept readers and writers. Self-paced Italic handwriting, practical English grammar, Latin & Greek roots, memory work using poetry, copywork & dictation, narration as comprehension and composition tool.
Taught by Miranda Norris, using methods from Charlotte Mason, Waldorf and Classical, plus techniques proven fun and useful over 20 years of homeschooling her own children and teaching homeschool education classes for the past 11 years, Miranda brings fun to a subject that should be fun, but never at the expense of a healthy respect for the rules. Miranda is also a Certified Health Coach, student of theology and the mystics, member of the Yoga Alliance, Integral Yoga Teachers Association, and teaches Language Arts, Health and other Science, Knitting, Yoga and more at both Different Directions and The ROC.
