YOGA for ALL AGES

Active and relaxing at the same time. Get moving, massage the nervous system, gain flexibility and focus, tone muscles you didn’t even know you had!   Influenced by Ashtanga, Integral, Sivananda and classical Hatha style yoga traditions. Includes some chanting, deep relaxation and meditation.  Also, many of the poses are named for animals, which is fun at any age. Taught by a Lifelong knitter, who is also a Certified Health Coach, student of theology and the mystics, and who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
