Students will learn fun dance moves to some of their favorite rhythms and beats. YOGA for ALL AGES Active and relaxing at the same time. Get moving, massage the nervous system, gain flexibility and focus, tone muscles you didn’t even know you had!   Influenced by Ashtanga, Integral, Sivananda and classical Hatha style yoga traditions.
